Help file does not show correctly #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running the Documentation_2.0 gets me 'The address is not valid' in the
help viewer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 
vista 64 bit
