Remove MapDust #31

Hi,

Looking at http://www.mapdust.com/ it seems that the service has been terminated. Therefore I would suggest that you remove it from your app.

I confirm that it does not work in the app (does not download issues and shows a toast message with an error message).

To disable MapDust as a user: click the Layer icon, click the Ladybug icon.

Mapdust no longer seems to be present in latest release OSMBugs 1.4.0, so I guess this issue can be closed?
