riscv64 support in mirror #139

The runner in riscv64 works amazing, I'm using it to build the riscv.org's Costa Rica RISC-V Lab.

Please add support for riscv64 in the debian mirror for an easier install process.

Sounds like a useful addition to the GitHub Actions Workflow / debian scripts.

I will look into adding all missing debian configurations for the next release.

It's great to hear that golang makes it possible to produce a working runner on a foreign system I don't own myself.

@fede2cr Please test again. A riscv64 deb package should now be available in the debian ppa.
