Add Meeus for ephemerides #113

So I removed VSOP87 the other day because they provide poor estimates and the files for them aren't easy to find (and confusing .A., .B, etc.).

However, Meeus is used somewhat all throughout the advanced courses here at CU and using SPICE is good but is not usable for OD which was generated based on Meeus.

Done in #114 . But I do not recommend using it.
