Maneuvers fail, which is not good, but I don't exactly know why. Some orbital elements go to NaN, and forcing them to a small value does not fix the problem. Also changing to the ECI frame does not do the trick either. Odd as hell.

Coverage increased (+0.1%) to 79.28% when pulling c5d8b4c923cde1fe04a8955afb62b298382d89e1 on issue-42 into a75a463ddd05c5b9cd931da4399a9dfd7988a8ae on master.
