Compare Batch filter to CKF with smoothing.

67 has been updated to reflect issues with OrbitEstimate. The issue-96 branch however does contain a partial fix for this, but the refactoring of #67 is needed to fully fix the time issue. The time issue is especially visible when running the EKF.
