feature req: history #10

It would be nice to see a history of exercises done and when. Maybe a week's worth, or last 30 days

This should probably be introduced with a means of entering metadata for the exercise, e.g. weight and reps.

I'm not sure you need meta data. But that depends on the user base. Notes might be helpful to some, and you can put weight and reps there or anything needed
