Marker and Polyline can not be controlled via speech

I don't know why, but the drawing tools can not be controlled via speech. By using these methods:

• L.Draw.Marker(map).enable();
• L.Draw.Polyline(map).enable();

the tools should be enabled. Using these methods on buttons it works. Marker and polyline tool start.

But using the methods via the Chrome/FF debugging console or trying to trigger these events by speech it does not work. Some literature:
