"Clear input fields" function for new created projects (marker and line) #30

For now, the clear-function is only implemented for the line-comment-function (click/select a line feature -> click on "comment" -> fill in the name and comment field -> click "clear" to clear both input fields)

The clear-function should also be implemented for the creation part of point and line features.
