Point/Marker Feature should have Comment-Functionality #31

Point/Marker Feature should also have the same functionality as Line/Street Feature. So by clicking on a point feature, the user should be able to add comments.

This includes the database support, so that comments are stored in the database
The comments-button in the popup of a marker

So...in general it's the same as the the functionalities in the line/street feature.
