Update pre-commit config

Describe the solution you'd like The following pre-commit checks should be added:

• [x] isort
• [x] blacken-docs
• [x] Checks for large files
• [x] Checks for private keys
• [x] Checks for docstrings
• [x] Consistent line ending
• [x] JSON/TOML/YAML file checking

Describe alternatives you've considered Can't leave it as it is, it needs to change.

Additional context This will inevitably change in the future.
