Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to make sure all images are checked for security vulnerabilities and best practice.

Describe the solution you'd like Automated checks during CI and whenever an image is pushed to the external repository.

Describe alternatives you've considered None - this is best practice

hadolint is also a good candidate for this.
