Different color highlighting #5

I was trying to highlight the text on the page, with ==text==, however, the only color it is able to give is a neon yellow. Is there a specific way that i can change the color of highlighting? Also, i'm not sure if the solution to this issue is specific to the nord theme or just typora in general.

i'm also a big newb in html, typora, and md in general lol so this question might be very dumb
