Add a user role #3

there are a few role-based permissions that we'll have to address. The first of which is that OR residents who aren't accredited aren't allowed to invest any more than $2,500 per project. So we'll have to validate the form and display an alert if they attempt to.

First 3 user roles:

1) Accredited investor

2) OR state investor

3) Non-accredited investor

We'll be assigning the roles curing account creation, depending on how they complete the survey.
