V2 WIP DON'T MEREGE #46

So, since https://github.com/denar90/dev-tools-element provide us with everything we need I've created this tiny POC v2.

v2 could be done in separate folder. when we are done we just change folder in settings, if smth go wrong we can easy rollback switching to old one. If everything is good it will be dropped later.

Proposal for adding stuff.

lets build all files with rollup
rewrite what we currently have
maybe play with design (not necessary)

P.S. About dropbox it works from time to time, on request - success, several retries - failed (video - https://monosnap.com/file/ePZOnzlS6dEpsrhoyDCN6ixsxauP6Q). Maybe they have limited requests per X hours/minutes or something...

Sam, any update related to this one? Are you up to general idea about splitting application and DevTools logic?
