[Bug]: Fix Contributors page UI , add responsive navbar in it. #430

Give a brief about the bug ✍️

1)Contributors Page UI is not good , add responsive navbar as well contributors-before 2)When clicked on Lets go Button no action is taken 3) when clicked on Discord icon in footer or contact button in footer , Discord link is broken discord-link-broken 4)NO nav bar in instructions page before-instructions 5)Fix the UI of Butoons and make responsive before-buttons-UI 6)When clicked on chrome gaming in footer it is not navigating to Chrome Gaming Github page

What is the expected behavior? 🤔

responsive navbar in the contributor's page and instructions page. Make buttons consistent and fix the UI on the home screen Navigation to Discord Server when clicked on the discord icon or contacts in the footer Navigation to chrome gaming github page when clicked on chrome gaming in the footer

Provide step by step information reproduce the bug 📄

1) responsive navbar on contributors page and instructions page. 2)fix UI for Buttons on the home screen 3)Fix the Broken discord links 4) Fix the Chrome gaming navigation link in the footer

@ayush-t02 @Durgesh4993 I would like to work on these, Please me this issue under the GSSOC'24 label with the appropriate level label I would be able to fix the above 6 issues mentioned.
