[New Feature]: Adding a contributors card #517

I want to add a contributors card so that each and every contributors information is present and also contributors list is not working and also i want to make page more interactive by adding the individual card of the contributors you can refer the below card image i'll be making and if you would like to give some suggestions please give it would really be helpful
