Social media links open in new tab and changed the github link

I had added the target="_blank" attribute in PR #105 which was not counted but it is committed with the PR of adding the git pull command since both the commits were a part of a single PR. I have raised this PR so that #91 will be counted with an additional task of adding a correct github link which was not working before.
