[Enhancement]: Add the glowing cursor #97

Do you want to have the enhancement of existing game ? 😀 Describe yourself..

I would like to add the glowing cursor when cursor is outside the box . So that there will be very eye catchy beautifull glowing effect when someone hovering the screen . image

Describe the solution you'd like

I will add some new thing int he Css file, add some animations glowing effect so that there will be beautiful glowing effect.

@Durgesh4993 I mean we can just add the cursor glowing effect if someone move there cursor that effect appear in the screen. Might be the ball coming where's the cursor is going. Or something like this . So that if someone moves the cursor it look more appealing Thank You !!!
