Makefile change #5

Better Makefile in my opinion :P

I now i m might not have the experience to try this, but you learn most types by trying, so where it goes, i could not find any new tutorial on installing the new Makefile. i tried : make linux && sudo make install and soon found it does not work because it is a different file. then i tried just make and it worked , now do i still need to install?
