-Disabled the spawner conversion: things still showing in the spawner shop/conversion shop despite it being disabled in config

• Added most of the turrets to the Blacksmith Shop. along with their ammo. Would like feedback on prices

• Fixed all the companions being inaccessible to players. And raised prices on most of them. Also would like feedback on pricing

• Fixed targeting for players, animals, And monsters, Im leaving the player option disables as survival is a PvE Server

• Spawners will be incorperated into the server via custom crafting recipies
