Server crashes can happen on startup or otherwise, and they will leave behind a crash report next to the log files. It would be nice to notify the user of this situation, since otherwise you have to go searching for the log files.

This set of mod ids will cause a crash on load which can be used to reproduce the issue on 26.38: 928621,928664,928833,929110,929118
