if you start the server and instantly kill the ark server process, the status in asma is always "Starting..." and even "Kill" doesn't works.
I'm not sure how i triggerd it, but also the ark server process wasn't running anymore and the status was still "Stopping". I think this should be realted and fixed with the first issue.
