Create buildShoppingCart function

In the app.js file in the view code region make a function called buildShoppingCart

The function should

• Take the variable from the retriveLocalStorage function and use it as a paramenter
• Clear the cardsContainer dom element
• Build the products from the array with a forEach loop
• Make the layout match the figma design in the ./_FILES/ folder (./ ROOT)
