Seems run_mkinitcpio needs adjustment. Also apparently we also need to edit /etc/crypttab for luks partitions

Actually we were relying on mkinitcpio being executed during installation, but seems we forgot that amending mkinitcpio.conf for luks/lvm will not happen if we don't call run_mkinitcpio() at some point... 😉

Has the issue you mentioned in third post been solved? I think using systemd hooks can be left for user discretion. We have options to edit the right configuration files.
