Does not affect the overall usage of the product. The feature was not implemented and was planned for future iterations.

Reason for disagreement: This is certainly not a purely cosmetic bug, since the user who is reading this will see this user story, which was supposedly implemented in Version 2.0, and has a priority of ** stars. The user would then definitely expect the feature to be present in the V2.1 release of the application, much like I myself was when I saw this user story. As I searched the rest of the User Guide thinking that I had missed this functionality of the application, when in actuality the function simply has not been implemented yet.
This certainly warrants a Medium severity as it can definitely cause occasional inconvenience to some users as they will expect a feature to be present that has not yet been implemented in the released product.
The user story wanting to save decoded output was never implemented, as the program is unable to save inputs or outputs, only the recipes that are created by the user.
