The navigation buttons currently do not do anything. They are intended to filter our individuals and allow people to discover others based on their interests.

UI enhancements were better, will push back filter people function for Profile page edit and event pages.

After feedback from user testing, we will no longer use navigation buttons for filtering. They will be used for actual navigation instead. Hence, this issue will be closed and a new issue #21 will be opened instead.
