Update User schema for List of People filtering

The current user schema does not contain sufficient information for filtering and profile creation. Therefore, the user schema needs to be updated to include more details, and both the front and back end needs to reflect this update.

• [x] add Name, Year/Major. Interests, House, Floor, CCAs/IGs
• [x] add Inputs to Registration page
• [x] add default profiles to User Schema
• [x] add img files for profile pics in User Schema #10
• [x] update GET/POST request to reflect new user schema
