Support Mac Start Stop #161

Use osascript to Start and Stop PMS on Apple Mac. Adjust the environment when starting PMS. Tested and working interactively and when automated in Terminal, on the current macOS, Sonoma 14.5, and PMS 1.40.2.8395

Hope things are going well Chuck and everyone behind the scenes. I'm enjoying the refresh to MPV you all did and decided to fix the Start Stop issue for Apple Mac. I also cleaned up some unused PID code when figuring out the HostType.

All is well here. Got a clean bill of health from the Cardiologist and have been released from all that. Now I only need to keep up the general exercise.
