This release adds support for common container configurations.
Most importantly, it adds automatic stop/start support for PMS.
This is important because containers have health monitors.
PMS cannot be stopped for a long period of time without the health monitor triggering a forced container restart.
This release now stops PMS, performs the reclaiming, and starts PMS before the health check can incorrectly assume PMS is dow.
