Skeleton Mutant issue #33

Mutant Skeleton has too long range. It is not immediately possible to understand where he is. Until you understand this, you are already dying. It is necessary to reduce to ~ 10 blocks, my opinion. Thanks for your work!

I'm going to reduce the mutant skeletons range from 96 blocks to 50, which I have already done for 1.12.2 and 1.14.4.
