Menu back button is not useful

The back button on in the menu has problems as per #14. The back button currently serves two purpose:

1. To go back to the previous page
2. To navigate backwards towards the home page of some user.

This is an issue because:

1. The android back button serves this purpose
2. This is non-intuitive behavior as, most of the time, navigation though the app brings you to a non-home page. Hitting back then brings you to a bunch of pages you'd never been on. This is also not very useful.

In essense, the back button has two purposes.

Recommended instead is to maintain the menu button throughout the app and to add some context "go to owner' button.
