Automatic importer for Sermon Manager #64

Create an automatic importer that detects if Sermon Manager for WordPress plugin is active (https://wpforchurch.com/) and provides an option to automatically copy the sermons over to CP Library. There should also be an option to delete the sermons once the import is complete. (this option should persist so that they can review the import before opting to delete the old data)
