New Function: Letters

Many churches in Brazil deliver printed letters to their members. These letters can be used in the following moments:

1 - Letter for travel, when the member visits a distant church and wants to be received as a legitimate member.

1.1 - Letter for travel must contain the name of the church that is issuing the letter, name of the member, date that was issued, a phrase the church wants to say to other churches or Bible passages, and fields for the secretary and pastor of the church Sign in.

2 - Letter for transfer, when the member is transferred to another church of the same group of churches. Example: a member leaves the church headquarters for a filial church, he will take a transfer letter.

2.1 - Letter for transfer must contain the same items as the letter for travel.

3 - Letter for indication when a member leaves the church and attends a different church that does not belong to the original group from which he left.

3.1 - Letter for indication must contain the same items as the previous letters.

Each letter must be clearly arranged and easy to read for the person to access easily.

In the case of churches belonging to the same group of churches, the letters can be arranged online in the system, avoiding expenses with paper printing.

I agree. Reiterating that these functions are used in practically every church in Brazil.
