Add VCard Support back #247

http://pear.php.net/package/Contact_Vcard_Build does not work with the current system... if have get lots of votes for this issue we will readd it..

We could really use this :) This gets my vote! The bulk of our church membership are reasonably tech-savvy, so a dead-tree/PDF directory is a bit inconvenient. If we could publish a vCard with the entire directory, they could import it directly from email etc to Outlook, Apple Contacts (macOS and iOS), or Android.

@crossan007 and I were chatting on Gitter and he suggested https://github.com/jeroendesloovere/vcard as a possible solution (seems popular and under active development).
