Allow for more export options in Envelope Manager #2933

The Situation: Envelope managers often need more information on hand in order to assign donations to donors than simply the name and/or the envelope number. E.g., when someone forgets to bring their numbered envelope so uses a 'generic' one supplied at the church, or simply drops a cheque into the collection. In such cases, the envelope manager - or whoever is handling the collection that day - needs a quick way to look up the number associated with a name. Furthermore, some of our counters are simply not comfortable with using the online technology, and so revert to our paper recording forms, but someone eventually has to reconcile these with ChurchCRM deposits.

However: Currently, the Envelope Manager UI itself allows one to sort by Last Name or Envelope Number. But the PDF export will only export a list sorted by envelope number, regardless of how the UI is sorted. And there is no other export option (i.e., CSV) and there's no way for someone with Financial permissions to add an envelope number to a Directory based on the cart contents.

So: it would be good:

  1. to allow people with Financial and Directory permission to add envelope numbers to a PDF Directory from the Cart; AND/OR
  2. to make the PDF export of the Envelope Manager match the current sorting of the UI (last name or envelope number); AND/OR
  3. to allow for a CSV export of the Envelope Manager results.
