EnvelopeReport should match the classification and sort options in EnvelopeManager #3049

EnvelopeManager.php lets you sort the list in the UI by either Family name or envelope number. However, if you click the wee print button, which redirects to Reports/EnvelopeReport.php, you just get a pdf list sorted by envelope numbers.

There should be a way of getting either a CSV export of the EnvelopeManager listing, or else a PDF of the envelope holders that matches the classification and sort options chosen in the Manager.

Looking for a workaround now, but it's a real pain...
