Description

Created states for: Germany, Djibouti, Denmark, Algeria, Ecuador, Estonia, Egypt, Western Sahara, Eritrea, Spain, Falkland Islands, Finland, Fiji, Falkland Islands, Micronesia, Faroe Islands, Gabon, Georgia, French Guiana, Guernsey, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greenland, Gambia, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Greece, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Guatemala, Guam, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Hong Kong, Heard & McDonald Islands, Honduras, Croatia, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Isle of Man, India, British Indian Ocean Territory, Iran, Iceland and Italy.

There's something wonky about GN:

It's a mix of "Administrative regions and governorate" & "Prefectures", but it does not have a complete list of either.

I suggest for now the "Prefectures" get left out, as they don't appear to be used for mailing addresses.
