Can't run server pack [0.1.10] #11

The server pack keeps failing to start; the logs are provided below.

Looks like the issue is caused by multiple mods trying to register block.minecraft.bookshelf.

There are several similar conflicts with other mods, I'm not sure if there is some linked base cause to it or not, however we've tried to fix several items individually. There are still several I can't fix manually.
