增加清理规则，改正拼写

增加以下清理规则：

• 新版 Edge 更新缓存

改正拼写：

• 在英文单词与中文单词之间添加空格
• Hepler -> Helper
• CompactOs -> CompactOS
• Nvidia -> NVIDIA
• NET/Net -> .NET

Invalid edits, that have not been tested at all.

These are only edits in the Chinese source texts, that adds spaces between words in Chinese and some words in Latin English. This is not needed at all (and incoherent). Spaces are not needed to allow linewraps before and after any Chinese characters. Spaces are needed only between Latin words. No need to change then all the other translations to reflect the change in the Chinese source (that does not match what is expected in the source code in C/C++, so applying this would make the code no longer display ANY translation, but only the unmodified Chinese text present in the C/C++ source code and in their compiled binaries).
