French update and add some fallbacks for site #1098

@verdy-p Have you managed to rebuild dism++ with the source code ?? because it is incomplete

No i've never built it, cause it uses proprietary librairies. The app is not really open source, juste a small part of it.

Anywau why do you fork my fork, that has sending updates since long and no reply from Chinese maintainers of the original branch, that is stale since long. It seems that the Chinese authors got political or legal problems with their government and can no longer communicate on the net behind the "Great Wall"
