如何重现？

当开启/clr:pure时，无法正常使用VC-LTL。

影响范围

低（仅影响纯MSIL模式，混合模式不受影响）

此问题是已知问题，暂时还在评估是否需要支持/clr:pure，如有需要者，可以直接回复。

我们会根据用户的反应情况，来决定是否需要支持。
