1.6b (Flipped Screen) Brancher does not work on left side #16

Brancher does not work on the left side. will only send clock to the selected output at 100% probability.

Works correctly on right side flipping based on probability.

Thanks for reporting! This is fixed in the repo, and will be released as a hexfile with 1.6C on 11/9/2018.

FTM shutdown and reinit of Digital 4 was not reversed for FLIP_180.
