Make Car wrecks/otherset pieces "ignitable" IE poor Gas on them and light for city lighting

Instead of power grid allow the normal looking wrecks or clutter wrecks to be ignited with matches or flares to light up the cities/towns/roads..

Make burning destroyed vehicles last much longer

Maybe even spawn some burning wrecks automatically on commencement of night cycle.
