Problem defining constrained tree search #152

Hi,

I am trying to define a constrain for a tree but it does not work. The constraint is: ((QCAZ_23950_IsabelaGalapagos,QCAZ_46798_IsabelaGalapagos,QCAZ_46800_IsabelaGalapagos,SC_3_36261_SQ_Santa_Cruz_Galapagos,SC_3_36262_SQ_Santa_Cruz_Galapagos,SC_3_36263_SQ_Santa_Cruz_Galapagos,QCAZ_23953_IsabelaGalapagos,QCAZ_46793_IsabelaGalapagos,QCAZ_23954_IsabelaGalapagos),(KU_218483_Babahoyo_Los_Rios,QCAZ_23378_Via_Las_Palmas_BalsasGuayas,QCAZ_31542_Juan_Montalvo_LosRios),QCAZ_44597_Scinaxgarbei);

However, the constraint does not appear in the final tree. I don't have any error messages. All the files are included in the attached file.

I believe the constraint tree option is correctly implemented. Please look at the IQ-TREE google group, for several answers on such question.
