Aliases #1

It would be nice for people to search for the aliases as well as the UCSC gene names.

I think this would best be implemented by including an alias column for the CDS coordinates tables. That would make it easy for people to filter CDS coordinates by alias before locating iSTOP sites.

Note to self: locate_codons and locate_PAM should preserve any custom columns that a user adds to a CDS table, thus allowing custom annotations of genes.
