Foam by default puts new files in the root directory. Logseq only recognizes pages in the /pages and /journals directories.

New pages should always be in /pages

Also, remove the header from new pages while you're at it

I thought the PR fixed it, but apparently I hadn't tested sufficiently, because when creating a link to a nonexistent page from a journal page, it creates the new page in the /journals directory

This appears to be fixed in PR #26 by upstream changes from foam
