VSCodium Support [Meta Feature Request] #32

Due to microsoft's restrictions, extensions from the Microsoft marketplace cannot be used in vscodium. Please consider supporting VSCodium by publishing to as outlined here https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium/blob/master/docs/index.md#extensions--marketplace.

Just as a note, this appears to have upstream support, as Foam is available in VSCodium.
