added new parameter "acceptLanguage" and therefore http-header to the register method as documented in the cidaas postman api under https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/1648082/SW7aY8Ht?version=latest#c8667958-9d9b-455c-9676-1d5d89e4a6e0

i added en-GB as the default language
