Describe the bug

Items not showing in warbank . Used bagsync to search for Extravagant Emerald which showed in warbank. Searched warbank (with both full name and Emerald only) and didn't find it. Looked through each gem individually and didn't find it . Turned off better bags and it was there,

Steps to reproduce

I have no idea.

Happened again when buying heirloom armor upgrade. Not shown in my bag even when searching. Disabled betterbags and it showed the item.
